We ship to all 50 US states and Canada including Military APO/FPO addresses.
For our Business phone services equipment, we also ship to select international
countries. Shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii and the selected international
countries will be higher.
We use FedEx as our primary shipping carrier.
If you have a military address, please type in FPO or APO for the city, select
AA, AE or AP from the pull-down menu for your state, and type in your zip code.
To track your order, please visit our Self Service portal, click
on "My Orders" and on the "Tracking Number" link.
Please note we do not ship to United States Postal Service PO Box addresses and
freight forwarder addresses. We are not able to process COD, hand carry or
will call orders.
