Business Referrals

To participate by Phone:

1. Call 1-866-903-2933 and speak with an 8x8 sales representative
2. Tell the sales representative you would like to become a referrer
3. Complete and sign the "8x8, Inc. Referral Program Terms and Conditions" and an IRS Form W-9 and return it by email or fax to your sales representative:

Once you have provided the “8x8, Inc. Referral Program Terms and Conditions” contract and an IRS Form W-9 to your sales representative, you can share your business contact(s) with the Sales Representative. They will do the rest. They will schedule a consultative sales call in order to understand the business needs, tell the referral about 8x8, and if it’s a good fit, suggest the best service(s) for their business. Rest assured, we know your reputation and ours depends on the quality of our approach and services.

Payment for business referrals is made by issuing a check payable to the referrer. Payment will be forfeited if the referrer’s W-9 and signed Terms and Conditions are not provided to 8x8 within 90 days of the order date of referral.Payment will not occur until the referred customer has activated service and has paid their bill for the first two billing periods. The referred customer must be in good standing for 60 days at the time payment is issued.

The following 8x8 service plans qualify for a referral reward of $100 per plan: Unlimited Extension, Metered Extension, Global Extension, Unlimited Extension Plus (including 6753i, 6755i, and 6757iCT), Metered Extension Plus (including 6753i, 6755i, and 6757iCT), Global Extension Plus (including 6753i, 6755i, and 6757iCT), Shared Line Unlimited Extension, Shared Line Metered Extension, Shared Line Global Extension, Virtual Office Annual Plan, Business Basic, Softalk Office and Contact Center Agent Seat.

8x8 Virtual Meeting unlimited conferencing plan qualifies for a $50 reward.

Residential Referrals
The 8x8 Residential Referral Program rewards customers and registered partners for submitting residential referrals that become customers of 8x8 Residential services. You can earn $50 per residential account you refer in the form of an Amazon gift card.

To participate:

1. Login to My Account at www.8x8.com at the top of the Home Page
2. Enter your Login and Password
3. Select Referrals in the left-hand navigation menu
4. Under Available Referral Programs, select a link for an available referral program
5. Enter names(s) and email address(es) for those you wish to refer
6. Submit the referral to 8x8’s secure site
7. We’ll send an email invitation to your referrals and if they become customers, you can start earning referral rewards

Residential Rewards Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: To be eligible for the reward, your referral(s) must be submitted through the referral link located in your online account. You and your referral must be customers in good standing for 60 days.
2. Qualifying plans (the following 8x8 service plans qualify for a $50 referral reward): Freedom Unlimited, Freedom Unlimited Global, Freedom Annual.
3. Referrals are paid on initial orders only; referrals are not paid on add-on orders by the same referred customer.
4. Payment: Payment for residential referrals is made by issuing an electronic gift card through Amazon.com. An authorization code to use the gift card will be mailed to the referrer upon meeting all eligibility criteria.

5. Definitions
1. "8x8": 8x8, Inc.
2. Referrer: Individual or company that provides the information to 8x8 of a potential new 8x8 customer.
3. The 8x8 Referral Rewards program is valid only for referrals on new service activations for customers that have not subscribed to any 8x8 service within the last year. Offer valid in the U.S. only and cannot be combined with any other offers.
4. Misuse of this program may result in the disconnection of 8x8 service and forfeit of the offers.
5. The Referral Rewards program is subject to the 8x8 Terms and Conditions of service.
6. The recipient or potential recipient of a referral reward is not an agent or affiliate of 8x8.
7. Any customer that becomes a customer of 8x8 by being referred to the service is a customer of 8x8 for the services procured from 8x8.
