Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership for product lifecycles
- Manage existing products and services to ensure continued revenue growth and profitability by planning/providing technical service & product definitions, development, justification and rollouts
- Review and revamp current product & services monetization and productization models
- Research and respond to industry trends with small, medium & enterprise-level business communication trends specifically around VOIP and SaaS-related technology

Manager, Partner Sales
Job Description
The Partner Sales Manager will recruit, train and manage 8x8 partners. Partners are not 8x8 employees, but external companies and individuals that referr new sales opportunities to 8x8 inside sales representatives.
Responsibilities
- Increase new revenue sales by finding new lead generation channels through partner referrals
- Develop compensation plans for 8x8 partners to incent referral generation
- Recruit, train and manage 8x8 partners
- Ensure partners understand their non-agent role with 8x8 and do not violate 8x8 branding standards
- Coordinate with inside sales and customer support management to ensure proper communication and high service levels for partners and partner generated customers.
- Ensure that sales generated from partner referrals do not have higher attrition (churn) rates than sales generated by 8x8’s other channels
Requirements
- Meet or exceed a monthly sales quota determined by the value of all sales generated from partner referrals
- Ensure efficient and accurate monitoring and reporting of the partner program in accordance with standards established by 8x8’s senior sales management, finance department and executive management
- Manage the partner sales channel as profitable business unit
Scheduling & Compensation
- Compensation is $45,000 to $55,000 annual salary plus commissions
- Commission compensation at quota is approximately $50,000 per year.

- Domestic travel (25%-50%) required

Senior UI Designer - User Experience

The communication involves integrating several communication channels like voice services, voice mail, email, Fax etc. At this time, we're looking to hire an experienced and creative Sr. Interactive/UI Designer to be an integral member of our team.
Our ideal candidate will have a formal training in design and/or HCI.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitive landscape in regards to UI and design
- Define and create product structure, interaction flows, information architecture, and conceptual models.
- Define use cases and perform user and task analysis
- Communicate and collaborate with teams to iterate on the design.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to guide product decision-making and engineering development.
- Lead user testing efforts, including usability and concept testing.
- Lead efforts on visual design
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent UI design skills and an outstanding portfolio of interactive project.
- 10+ years experience in web design, preferably Web-based/SaaS application design for business customers.
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Human Factors, HCI, cognitive science, graphic design or related field.
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to articulate your vision even in the face of disagreement
- Strong understanding of implementation technologies (especially Flex), and how to design within technical limitations
- Experience with information architecture and presentation of information
- Experience with user research methods used to gather qualitative and quantitative data, and ability to translate data into actionable plans
- Ability to test and iterate design solutions; experience planning, conducting, analyzing and reporting formal and informal end-user testing, utilizing prototypes (rough drafts and sketches, paper prototypes, working prototypes) and live versions.
- Visual design experience particularly in Flex a huge plus.
- Good people and negotiation skills.

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals with good business discipline and strong sales ability to join our sales team. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and telephone skills be able to multi-task, and have good computer skills. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle. You must be comfortable with making numerous outbound calls daily, responding to RFPs and writing concise, accurate responses in consultation with other departments inside 8x8. If you have proven experience of prospecting and exceeding quota — we want you!
Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast-paced, innovative environment you will be empowered to sell business communications solutions and related services to prospective customers. Prospective customers are mid-size businesses and divisions of large companies.
- Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Develop written, complex solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the 8x8 business communications solutions.
- Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, Internet, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 5 years inside or outside sales experience in Communications, Software, Hardware, or Business Services to end-users. Existing relationships with executives at Fortune 5000 business would be a plus.
- A proven ability to develop and present complex written proposals to C level executives.
- A strong understanding of communications solutions in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale.
- Candidates must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.
- The candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English with internal and external clients through all available mediums.

Search Engine Marketing Analyst
Job Description:
We're seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Search Engine Marketing Analyst. This is a new position and will report the CMO/VP of Marketing and will be located in Santa Clara, CA.
Do you love spreadsheets but long for more ownership? This position will manage 8x8’s multi-million dollar Search Engine Marketing campaigns and provide the analystic insight to maximize the effectiveness of our paid search marketing efforts. We are looking for an amazing analyst who is driven to look through the numbers to owning the program and decisions.
You own the campaign definition. You own the budget. You own the analysis. You own the decisions. From keywords to ad copy creative, to testing and optimization, it’s all yours.
Past experience in SEM is required.
Experience with SEM tools is a must.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define the SEM strategy and campaigns
- Define campaign structure and tracking
- Analyze, optimize, and drive keyword selection, expansion, and refinement
- Monitor performance of campaigns on a daily basis; collaborate with Search partners to reach target metrics and monthly goals
- Grow the profit associated with the SEM program through superior campaign management and project management
- Develop on-going testing initiatives for ad copy, landing page and click assist attribution
- Build search engine volume and efficiency forecasts
- Conceptualize and initiate tests (keyword bids, ad copy, and landing pages) in order to continually improve key metrics (click, search, convert) across campaigns
- Manage relationships with Search Engine Marketing partners
- Provide and maintain weekly reporting
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices
- Investigate and implement new technologies, services, automation capabilities, and/or vendor solutions that enhance SEM
- Act as the SEM point of contact on technical development
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of business experience. 2-4 years of SEM experience.
- Strong applied analytics. You must have a demonstrable history of campaign analysis and making decisions based on the data. This should be a passion for you.
- Ability to work on multiple things at once while staying focused on the details.
- Familiarity with current search strategies (including long-tail bidding, geo-targeting, content networks, display, etc.)
- Knowledge of bid management tools and web analytics tools (WebTrends, Google AdWords and Google Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of organic search engine optimization (SEO) tactics and the relationship between paid and organic search preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit. You are expected to grow SEM performance and its impact on the business
- Bachelor’s degree required.
